General Information

  • Volunteer Opportunities / Responsibilities: Volunteers to work directly with our clients at our monthly legal clinics (no legal experience necessary). These clinics are held: one Tuesday evening a month in Falls Church, Thursday mornings in Herndon, and occasional Saturday mornings in Herndon or Woodbridge.

    Interpreters for client consultations and translators for written documents. These are often done over the phone and via email.

    Front office volunteers who can assist with general administrative support, conduct telephone intakes in English and Spanish, assist with a wide range of office projects as well as translate and interpret. No other languages necessary but Spanish speakers are always helpful.
  • Types of Volunteers Needed: individual/adult; adult groups of less than 5; adult groups of 6 or more, including corporate teams
  • Hours Needed: business hours during the week; evenings during the week; daytime on the weekend
